Willerm Delisfort is a New York City–based pianist, composer, and educator whose music draws from jazz, gospel, R&B, and beyond. Born in Little Haiti, Miami, he began playing piano at age ten and quickly developed a versatile musical voice shaped by studies in South Florida, at Florida A&M University, and later at Northern Illinois University, where mentors such as Willie Pickens inspired his deep commitment to both performance and education.

Delisfort has worked extensively in Chicago and New York with artists spanning generations, including Von and George Freeman, Ernest Dawkins, Fareed Haque, Marquis Hill, Makaya McCraven, Maurice Brown, and Junius Paul. Now based in NYC, he remains an in-demand performer across multiple scenes.

As a leader, Delisfort has released Freedom Riders (2009) and Black Element(s) (2023), alongside a wide range of sideman recordings. An active educator, he teaches at The New School and works with Jazz at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, using music as a tool for connection, expression, and community.
